SALES AND DELIVERY STRUCTURE

PLEASE READ THE BELOW STRUCTURE WITH REGARD TO
1) ORDERING METHODS AND DELIVERIES,
2) LAY-BUY PURCHASES AND
3) WARRANTIES/REPAIRS.

1) ORDERING METHODS & DELIVERIES
As mentoned in the ABOUT US tab, all tasks and responses are handled directly with the owner, making your order arrangements highly efficient! Our system works a little differently to a traditional online store due to the fact that most of our items are imported and stock levels and availability change very rapidly, or in certain cases work on a pre-ordered system, there is no automatic payment function at your checkout. What Simply happens when you click the “ADD TO DRAFT ORDER” button, administration will respond to you within a short period to discuss the contents of your and advise the Availability of Stock on the items pre-ordered, Shipping time, Shipping Costs, and Payment Details. You may even place orders directly with the ADMIN telephonically if you wish.

We do both hand deliveries (in Pretoria) as well as door-to-door couriered orders, and also allow pick ups at our physical place.

1.1) DELIVERIES IN PRETORIA
We can arrange a drop off to your physical address in Pretoria on any order with a minimum of R750.00, along with a R50.00 delivery charge seperately, and will collect C.O.D Payments or an EFT transfer on the spot from FNB to FNB. You need to obviously give us a suitable time within our TRADING TIMES to deliver. Should your purchase be below this amount of R750.00 you will need to arrange a pick-up at our place or you may need to use our Courier arrangements, (please read further on). Orders with a value higher than R1500.00 will be delivered for Free in Pretoria.
1.2) PICK UPS
Customers can pick up from our place within the Trading Times, and payment methods can either be cash or an on the spot EFT transfer if you bank with FNB. Please do CONTACT US before visiting as we may sometimes be out on deliveries.
1.3) DELIVERIES FURTHER THAN PRETORIA
If you are a client requesting delivery further than Pretoria, we make use of a highly efficient Courier Service being “The Courier Guy”, where deliveries arrive to your door, anywhere in South Africa. Due to this service having a strict policy of not being able to collect cash for us when they deliver because of security and admin reasons, all courier related orders need to be paid in full inclusive of the delivery charge before hand – we will advise on shipping charges and EFT/BANK DEPOSIT details when you place your draft order. You may also send your own Courier to our Premises to pick up should you wish, and Pre-Payments will still apply and must be finalised at least 24 hours before they are sent to pick up to allow us time to package the order for you.
-Shipping Costs depend on the size of the Parcel as well as the area it needs to be delivered to.

BELOW IS A ROUGH ESTIMATION OF SHIPPING COSTS (PLEASE DO NOT REGARD AS FINAL)
*GAUTENG (PRETORIA & JOHANNESBURG CENTRAL AND SURROUNDINGS):

R50.00 upto R80.00 on a packaged box depending on size 1 day delivery from Payment.
– Note as well that Cash On Delivery can be done for Pretoria Orders if the order value exceeds R750.00, and a R50.00 delivery charge will apply. Delivery is free if the value exceeds R1500.00.  If a Warehoused Pre-Ordered item is involved, payment will need to be made for the item before-hand even if it is a collection at our store.

*Central & Surrounding Areas in LIMPOPO, BLOEMFONTEIN, CAPE TOWN, DURBAN & PORT ELIZABETH:
R80.00 upto R120.00 on a packaged box depending on size, 2-4 days delivery from Payment.

*Other FURTHER OUT AREAS from the above major Cities:
R150.00 upto R200.00 on a packaged box depending on size  2-4 days delivery from Payment.

-Tracking: We will issue you a WAYBILL NUMBER shortly after your payment, and all Parcels can be fully Tracked with this Waybill number under the “Package Locator” Tab on the COURIER GUY website (the link will be included in the Final Invoice).

-All Parcels have an automatic Insurance that have a value of R1000.00 or under. Should you wish to insure your goods where the value is higher than this, an additional 2% charge will apply on the value of your goods. Please do leave this in the Comments when placing your order. These insurances apply only to Lost Parcels by the Courier themselves and not for Breakages enroute. For the Record, we have not had a single breakage in transit issue since the last 300+ deliveries, and only 1 lost Parcel among them, which was successfully replaced within 6 weeks.

2) LAY BUYS (PAYING OFF AN ITEM WHILE THE ITEM IS STILL IN OUR POSSESSION)
We Allow Lay-Buy Purchases on any item/order with a minimum value of R1000.00 over a maximum of a 2 month Period. Your First Deposit will have to be 20% of the Value of the item and any amount thereafter until the full value is paid, and we will issue the necessary receipts for each payment. Should an item not be paid within 2 months, we will allow a 7 day notice. No refunds can be given unfortunately if you are unable to fulfill the lay-buy, however you will be allowed to take another item equal in value to the amount paid.  

3) REPAIRS AND WARRANTIES
Warranties vary from Product to Product and Repairs take a turnaround time of about 6 Weeks.
If you are a client that has been serviced via the courier service and your product is within warranty, we will have the courier pick up the product after pre-arranging the pick up time with us, assess and do the necessary repair. You will have to pay the Courier Fees for both picking up and re-delivering when it is fixed before we send out.

If it is a charged Repair (out of Warranty), then the Courier Fee will have to be paid prior to pick up, as well as the repair and Courier fee to be paid before we send the item back.
Customers in Pretoria in such Instances can simply drop off at our Place and pick up once done, and pay the necessary charges.
